Today, the Hosting Team finally all met in person and we spent time together just being. We connected over food and conversation and finally stopped being with one another via skype.

In the afternoon, we met with all the apprentices who are helping to hold the space for the next 3 days of training.

The Art of Social Innovation came together and continues to be held by the glue that we can do more together than we can apart.

It is exciting that tomorrow we get to meet all the faces of people called to this training and invite everyone to step in for 3 days of intense learning.

I for one am excited to be able to be in this space learning and working with others who are doing heavy lifting, driven by collective impact and working in tension of balancing chaos and order.

My intention is to be a sponge.

Nice Blog! Keep posting and upgrading our knowledge. Stakeholder management involves identifying, engaging, and maintaining relationships with individuals or groups that have an interest in a project or organization. It requires understanding stakeholder needs, expectations, and influence, ensuring effective communication, and addressing concerns. Successful stakeholder management fosters collaboration, minimizes conflicts, and aligns stakeholder interests with organizational goals. Key strategies include regular updates, transparent communication, and active listening. By building trust and managing expectations, organizations can achieve smoother project execution, better decision-making, and long-term success.
